These Terms govern your use of the HeyisAI app and website. By using HeyisAI, you agree to them.

1. The service

HeyisAI is a personal-intelligence app that helps you ask questions over data you choose to connect. Some features run on your device; optional cloud features run on our servers and third-party AI providers.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accounts and data you connect, and for using the app lawfully. Don’t use HeyisAI to violate others’ rights or applicable law.

3. Credits, plans & payments

Cloud features are metered in credits. Plans and credit packs are sold through Google Play, which is the seller of record for those purchases. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. See Refunds and Cancellations for prices, how to cancel, and how to request a refund.

4. AI-generated answers

Answers are generated by AI from the data you connect and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Don’t rely on them for legal, financial, medical, or other professional decisions. You are responsible for verifying important information.

5. Availability & changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features. We’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyisAI is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
