You can delete your data and account at any time. Here’s exactly what happens and how.

Delete your on-device data

Your messages, calls, photos memory and personal index live on your phone. In the app, open Settings → Privacy → Clear all data to erase it from your device. Uninstalling the app also removes all on-device data.

Delete your account & server data

If you used cloud features, we hold a minimal account record (your sign-in identifier, plan, and credit balance). To delete it:

• In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account, or
• Email hello@heyisai.com from your account email with the subject “Delete my account”.

We delete your account record and associated server-side data within 30 days. Note that transient cloud-request content is not retained after each request, so there is nothing further to delete there.

What is kept, and for how long

We may retain limited records required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, payment records held by the app store), for as long as the law requires. These do not include your personal content.
