Refunds and Cancellations

1. What we sell

HeyisAI is free to download and free to use on your own device. Paid plans add cloud features: faster answers from larger AI models, web search, and live search across the accounts you connect.

HeyisAI Plus is a monthly subscription. It costs ₹249 per month in India and US$10 per month elsewhere, with the local equivalent shown at checkout. It renews every month until you cancel, and it includes a monthly allowance of credits that cloud features draw on.

2. Where the purchase happens

Subscriptions are bought inside the Android app through Google Play. Google is the seller of record for these purchases. It takes the payment, issues the receipt, and is the party that can reverse a charge. We never see or store your card details.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, and you do not need to contact us to do it. In the Play Store app: tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions, choose HeyisAI, and tap Cancel subscription.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and after that the app keeps working with its free, on-device features. Cancelling part-way through a month does not, on its own, refund that month.

4. Refunds

Because Google is the seller, refunds are requested and issued through Google Play. Google offers a self-service refund on a recent purchase directly in the Play Store, and you can ask for one on any order through Google Play support.

You can also write to us at hello@heyisai.com. If something went wrong on our side, such as a plan that did not activate, credits that were not granted, or a charge you did not expect, tell us and we will support your refund request with Google rather than sending you away. Please include the email address on your Google account and the date of the charge.

Once a refund is approved it is returned to the payment method you used. How long it takes is decided by Google and your bank, not by us. If it has not arrived after ten working days, contact us and we will follow it up.

5. Credits

Credits are a way of metering cloud usage. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, and cannot be exchanged for money. Credits already spent on answers you received are not refundable. If a plan is refunded, any credits granted by that payment may be removed.

6. Your legal rights

Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in India. Where the law gives you a stronger right than this policy, the law applies.
